Had a lovely (but, as usual, too short) weekend.
Took the "meat butchery" class at the Chopping Block. VERY informative. I discovered a passable ability to filet and skin a fish, but may have to leave the whole chicken to the professionals.
Can't wait to get my hands on this beautiful book!
I really like this salad recipe, only with another lettuce instead of the mustard greens. Just too bitter for me! Have made it once with some quickly baked kale and a second time with red leaf lettuce.
I liked everything about this lemon ricotta pancake recipe. Do it. You will not be sorry you did!
