Our friends and family have had some pretty fun things to celebrate in the last few months of 2009 and I made garland banners for a bunch of them (a birthday, a marathon, a wedding and a baby girl). I used scalloped cardstock, papersource oval labels, a hole punch and some cute ribbon. Voila!
