Ventured out twice yesterday. The first time was quiet and it was still snowing pretty hard. The only person out there was the pug guy out for a walk. Later in the day we headed to the park and it was full of people enjoying the snow. Amazed at the number of people on skis in downtown Chicago. What looks like a parking lot is really a long string of abandoned cars on northbound Lake Shore Drive. By the time we saw it, the city had towed some but there were hundreds left and the tow trucks and plows and were working their way north. And, of course, we could not resist jumping in a bit.
